Multinational dedicated to the sale and distribution of computer technology products, needs to fill a position in the Supply Chain Department, Logistics & Customer Service Area.
What You Will Be Doing?
 – Coordinates transport and distribution activities, at National level, in all modes (door to door, full truckloads, dedicated deliveries, Hight Tech Transport).
- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in transportation operation
- Monitor Carrier performance relative to on time pickup and delivery
 – Arrow’s daily transportation traffic management
 – Lead shipment discrepancy investigation / freight claim coordination with carriers
 – Maintenance of new release schedules as necessary
 – Coordinate Import activities that are currently handle under conditions FCA, EXW, FOB, CIP.
Conditions
 Coordinate Export activities inside and outside the EU
 Customs management
 Prepare spot price (import/ex quotations for our different BU’s upon request
 Management of Tariff codes and processing of Dual-use licenses
 Dedicated fleets management. Route Management
 Negotiate transport rates with our different Carriers Suppliers and management deals
closed. Select carrier to be used for shipment and prepare documents for carrier.
 Provide customer support to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.
 Provide support at the desk level to all internal BU’s and customer to ensure al After Sales
Claims.

What Are We Looking For?
 1+ years’ work experience in logistics/transportation industry it will be valorated
 High knowledges with Windows Word, Excel, and Outlook
 Strong Problem-Solving, Organizational, Planning, Conflict Resolution and Decision-Making
skills
 Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data
management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
 Goal and results oriented, motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Strong customer
service orientation,
 Languages: English and Spanish on high/proficiency level
What is in it For You?
 This is a full-time role
 Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9h to 14h and 15h to 18:30h. Friday 9 to 14h.
 Remote work options some days at week
