FUNCTION:
To process all orders from order entry to final invoicing both for stock and sampling from clients with accuracy, efficiency, and ensuring efficient follow up is carried out to meet client/shipment deadlines.
Undertake overall responsibility for administering allocated markets, liaising with and handling enquiries, from both internal and external clients, in a manner upholding the Company image and objectives.
Work together as a team, with the Area Manager to provide full support to both internal and external clients.
To develop and manage good relationships in both inter company and external situations and uphold the image and objectives of the Company at all times.
Build and continue to develop customer relationships and loyalty at all times.
TASKS:
- Order entry of all orders (product and sampling) received with speed and accuracy.
Prepare and send order confirmations. - Regular follow up of pending orders and timely advice to customers of changes in shipment dates.
- Issue all necessary documentation for shipment.
- Follow up all claims for faulty goods within a reasonable time, and issue appropriate authorized credit notes.
- Follow up all written and verbal communications to internal and external clients in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage and contain in conjunction with the rest of the Export Team and Management, any issues which arise in respect of stock and pattern book availability.
- Offer ongoing assistance and share experience/knowledge with the rest of the department, and in particular closer support to Area Managers.
- Develop empathy with clients as well as colleagues within the Company.
- Assist with any other tasks which may be requested by the management from time to time.
- Be available to attend domestic/international trade shows as and when required.
COMPETENCES:

- Communication: Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English as well as one further European language to be accurate, well composed and clear in context.
- Organisation: To plan / handle tasks and focus on priorities in a methodical, efficient and competent manner. Efficient use of time in order to maximise productivity and results.
IT Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel & Word essential, Access and Powerpoint preferable). - Ability to adapt to work with advanced ERP system reporting functions absolutely essential.
- Speed and accuracy in typing essential.
- Education: Intermediate level in International Business studies essential (FP 11 Comercio Internacional).
- Language: Good level of spoken and written English is essential and one European language preferable.
- Knowledge and appreciation of cultural differences a positive asset.
- Experience: Experience required in a similar administrative position preferable, but not essential.

CONDITIONS:
- Working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6:30pm (one hour for lunch)
Friday: 9am to 3pm - 1 day of remote work per week
- Type of contract: 6 months fixed-term contract and then permanent contract
- Salary: 18.000€ up to 20.000€ gross annual pay + annual bonus
