WHAT YOU WILL DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Continuous 24*7 monitor SIEM console (Dashboards, Alerts and so on) for security alerts and incidents.
• Daily investigation alerts.
• Reviews the most recent SIEM alerts to see their relevance and urgency.
• Carries out triage to ensure that a genuine security incident is occurring.
• Oversees and configures security monitoring.
• Perform analysis of Splunk notable event in context to RWE.
• Determine, document and report false positives events/alerts.
• Analyze and determine threat impact.
• Categorize the incidents into appropriate categories.
• Document the Security Incident with required details.
• Take actions based on incident severity such as: Notifying system owners, Notifying the SOC Remediation/Response Specialist (SRS) to provide resolution steps or workaround, Follow incident response plan.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• University Degree
• 2 – 4 Years of experience in a similar role
• Splunk user Certification
• Splunk monitoring, Splunk Processing Language (SPL)
• Knowledge of networking and monitoring
• Native Spanish language and Intermediate English
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
