WHAT YOU WILL DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Provide troubleshooting and support through emails, live chat, calls
- Ability to work following procedures and performing periodic tasks
- Resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools
- Friendly and polite treatment to support standard technical quieries
- Escalate issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectation/SLAs
- Ensure established processes/systems are followed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Spanish: Native
- English: Intermediate
- IT and basic networking knowledge highly valued
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework
- Great communicational skills both oral and written
- Motivated and used to work in a team

- Work Schedule: 24×7 rotating shifts
