WHAT YOU WILL DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

  • Provide troubleshooting and support through emails, live chat, calls
  • Ability to work following procedures and performing periodic tasks
  • Resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools
  • Friendly and polite treatment to support standard technical quieries
  • Escalate issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectation/SLAs
  • Ensure established processes/systems are followed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Spanish: Native
  • English: Intermediate
  • IT and basic networking knowledge highly valued
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework
  • Great communicational skills both oral and written
  • Motivated and used to work in a team

WHERE AND WHEN?

  • Workplace: Madrid (in-situ)
  • Work Schedule: 24×7 rotating shifts
